Please take a moment to review our policies. These guidelines are in place so that all Guests may enjoy the many products and services offered at Seven Ten in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Bowling Policies
Personal Equipment Disclaimer
We advise against using personal bowling equipment inside our center. Seven Ten utilizes the latest pinsetter technology and is not responsible for any damage to personal equipment used on our lanes.
Bowling shoes must remain inside the building and must be worn at all times while bowling.
Guests under the age of three (3) receive one free game of bowling when purchasing an equal number of regularly priced games.
All Guests participating in bowling activities are required to wear bowling shoes, and a full range of sizes is available.
Dress Code Guidelines
To maintain a comfortable and family-friendly environment, Guests are expected to follow the dress code guidelines below.

Food & Beverage Policy
Seven Ten is both a restaurant and entertainment center offering lane-side and seated dining service. Because of this, outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Exceptions include:

Custom Events
Guests may bring celebratory cakes or cupcakes for special occasions with a $35 Outside Dessert Fee.
Refund Policy
All approved refunds will be issued in the form of a Seven Ten Gift Card for immediate use.
Gift Cards do not expire.
Guest Conduct Policy
Guests exhibiting offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may be asked to vacate the premises.
Management reserves the right to deny service to any individual contributing to a dangerous, unsafe, or discriminatory environment.
Lost & Found Policy
Seven Ten is not responsible for personal belongings left behind in the facility.
Items recovered by employees after closing will be stored in the Lost & Found for up to two (2) weeks.
For security purposes:

Bank cards and identification cards will be stored in the Owner’s Office.
Guests may inquire about lost items by calling the main phone number during regular operating hours.
Bank Holiday Policy
Weekly bowling specials are not valid during bank holidays or Washington County Public School closures, including:

Snow days
-
Professional days
During these times, Open Bowling rates apply.
Seven Ten may also offer modified or extended operating hours during bank holidays or school closures.
Outgoing Mail Policy
Seven Ten offers shipping services for items left behind upon request.
Shipping fees are:

$7 for items shipped within the State of Maryland
-
$10 for items shipped outside the state
Age Restriction Policies
Bowling & Entertainment
Guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy bowling, billiards, and arcade facilities.
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in all areas of the establishment.
All bowling participants are required to wear bowling shoes.
Purchase of Alcohol
Alcohol purchases are restricted to Guests aged 21 and older with a valid horizontal identification card.
